Return and Refund Conditions
- Eligibility:
- You may return or exchange your Serica Silk abaya within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your abaya must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your abaya for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when contacting customer service.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
- Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
