Return and Refund Conditions

    1. You may return or exchange your Serica Silk abaya within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
    1. To be eligible for a return, your abaya must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Return Process:

    1. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Refunds:
    1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    1. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  4. Exchanges:
    1. If you wish to exchange your abaya for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when contacting customer service.
    1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
